A surveying company, not a sideline

Keith graduated from the Bolton Street campus of the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1993 with a professional diploma in Geo-Surveying and immigrated to Philadelphia shortly after. Before joining Keystone in 2011, he spent more than 17 years as a land surveyor with major engineering firms in Philadelphia. He is experienced across the practice — field equipment, CAD systems, boundary disputes, construction problems, and project planning — and has managed large- and small-scale work in the United States and Ireland. He lives in Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.

Matt graduated from Fairmont State University and began as an engineer for an environmental permitting firm in Morgantown, then highway design for the state of West Virginia, then a local distribution client in Pennsylvania. He joined Keystone’s Wexford division in 2016 designing distribution gas mainlines. That group is now a turnkey design, procurement, project management, and close-out team for distribution mainline, regulating and metering stations, and large-diameter distribution and transmission work. He leads the Wexford division as Director of Engineering.

Chuck graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and began as a project manager for an electric utility in Greensburg. His civil work includes geotechnical and heavy construction — river work, power plants, and coal-combustion-product landfills — with individual projects up to $50 million. Before Keystone he was a senior project manager with the U.S. Department of Energy, including Project Controls Manager for a $1.65 billion carbon-capture design that would move supercritical CO₂ thirty miles to geologic storage 8,000 feet below grade.

Rodney graduated from Belmont Technical College in 1980 with a degree in Civil Engineering and has worked for Hamilton Surveying, Cerrone & Associates, and Michael Baker Corporation. He joined Keystone in 2013. His 37 years of practice cover gas, oil, water, sewer, electric, and telecom; ALTA surveys; Department of Homeland Security border-crossing surveys; military bases; monitoring; airports; and highways. He lives in Union Township, Belmont County, Ohio.

Chris graduated from West Virginia University in 1989 and spent seven years with federal and state agencies and an electric utility in forestry roles. Before joining Keystone in 2012 he worked for a large engineering firm as a GPS mapping specialist, survey party chief, and project manager, with more than ten years of pipeline surveying experience. He lives in Union Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
